Hi, I'm Randi and I can help you transform your body and enhance your quality of life with movement!  Pilates by Randi offers one on one Pilates training in a serene home studio in Bayonne, NJ.  Enjoy a private atmosphere without distractions so you can concentrate, progress and learn.  The studio is fully equipped with apparatus that adheres to Joseph Pilates' exact standards and measurements, critical to its correct function.​

Skill, age or fitness level does not matter, Pilates is for EVERY body!  ​It is so versatile it can  be safely practiced by anyone and I strongly encourage you to make it a consistent part of your life to strengthen and preserve your body.  With a deep understanding of the exercises and an eye for alignment, I will guide you through each session which will be customized to meet your specific needs and fitness goals.  With consistent practice you will improve flexibility, coordination, circulation and range of motion while toning your entire body. You will soon notice improvement in your overall health and well being.   I promise, it will be fun, uplifting and challenging!  Pilates will empower you to keep moving!

​Pilates is a system of exercises focusing on six key principles: Centering, Concentration, Control, Precision, Breath, and Flow.  Every Pilates workout incorporates these principles to ensure maximum benefit and efficiency from every movement.  Engaging the body and mind, Pilates works the deep core muscles, building strength from the inside out, creating long, lean muscles without bulk.  The exercises are performed on specifically designed apparatus using spring resistance.
​The Pilates method of body conditioning was invented by Joseph H. Pilates.  Born in Germany in 1880, he brought his method to NYC in 1926 and originally called it Contrology.
